Tanning Salon Robbery Suspect Arraigned

WHIOTV.com - News - Tanning Salon Robbery Suspect Arraigned The man accused of holding up a local tanning salon was arraigned Tuesday on one count of aggravated robbery.

Michael Sipe, 37, entered a not guilty plea to charges that he robbed Michelle's Novus Tanning Salon in March.

Michelle Jones, who works at the salon, said Sipe came in, demanded cash and then duct-taped her. Investigators said he was scared off by her dog.
